Who is the Fair Work Agency?
The Fair Work Agency is a new enforcement body who's main aim is to enforce certain statutory employment rights throughout the UK. The body makes up part of the Employment Rights Act.
Some of these employment rights are:
- National Minimum Wage rights.

- Statutory holiday pay.
- Modern slavery offences.
